We suggest you to try our free demo before buying any PAID Products.
Refunds are not issued for server failure/issues, lack of features or if your server does not meet the Software Requirements. Installation charges are not refundable under any circumstances. Refunds are not available after the money back guarantee period above is over, except as specified. Any disputes opened for legitimate license purchases after the money-back guarantee period is over will result in a suspended license until the dispute is resolved.
Our money back guarantees cover all paid licenses we sell, excluding our source code licenses. We willingly provide support during your free trial, if applicable, and throughout the life of your license. Should you not be satisfied with our software within our money back guarantee period, we will issue a refund on request, should a feature be lacking or errors are occurring. We will not issue a refund in the case that you have changed your mind about needing our software. If you aren’t able to co-operate with us to troubleshoot/support any issues or questions you have about module operation, we may be unable to provide a refund.
REFUND ON ANY TYPE OF CUSTOM SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
Refund on any type of Custom Software Development:
If for any reason our users feel that our Custom Software Development services fail to meet their expectations, they are eligible for a full or partial refund on the basis of development progress of the Customized Software. This is, however, applicable to the custom developments that are not yet finished:
➦ 100% Refund if the development work has not started
➦ 50% Refund if the development has started but finished only 50% or less as defined in the work plan
➦ 25% Refund if the development has started but finished more than 50% and less than 75% of the complete project plan
➦ For any custom development, which has finished 75% or more, we don’t provide any refund for the project.
REFUND ON SERVICE
Apart from development, our service arena covers WHMCS training and Installation Support. As these services are non-returnable and non-tangible in nature, we do not refund on these services as we start working. However, we assure you the highest quality service and guaranteed efforts to meet your expectations.
